I've owned a few mxz-x sleds and I think it's takes significant shock work to even compare to a stock RTX when setup correctly. The vavling in the MXZ's is definately not setup for aggressive bump riding from SD. A well setup RTX is one of the most capable bump sleds from the factory in my opinion.

Not saying that anyone who bought an SE made a bad decision, because they're going to be awesome sleds, but they'll never keep up with a dragon or MX-ZX in the bumps.

Newfiebullet you should have stuck with Poo!! You have nothing but negative comments!! I've seen all of your posting on HCS and you never have anything constructive to say!! On those forums it was how you were tired of Poo for doing this and that and now you come on here and do the same thing against Yammi!! If you think the Dragon is such a Godsend of a machine why didn't you buy an '09?? This is my first Yammi, rode Poo the rest of my years and am extremely excited for this machine!! My number one reason for buying a Yammi is their 4 stroke engine and reliability and I believe the Nytro has the hottest engine in there lineup right now!! The Nytro looks absolutely sweet to IMO too! Nobody on here cares about Poo or Doo, all the fellow was trying to say was how much he loved his new sled he just purchased!! There was no need for you to come in and crash his thread.

Well I ride with a bunch of wacky lunatics on every brand of hardcore ditchbanger out there, and my RTX goes just as fast through the biggest of bumps as the next one. After coming off a Rev X for 4 seasons, I can honestly say that the FX Nytro RTX has far better suspension than the Rev X package. Once I set the supension up to my needs, I never had a problem bottoming out the front and rear on big hits like I did on the Blair Morgan. And as was mentioned earlier, the harder you ride this sled, the better it handles. I can only imagine how well the SE handles the bumps compared to mine. Oh well, maybe next year I'll upgrade the gf's Phazer FX and hand mine down to her....

Sno pro kid, You can ride the seasonal roads on the hill, You just cannot ride on private property. C-ville to Barnes corners is open. you just need to ride a few roads. There were a bunch of sleds up there this past weekend. Looks like they will have more this weekend. Official opening day is the 9th, but you can ride now on the seasonal trails ONLY.
