Installed the 2" Rox riser tonight, the wires/ lines seemed fine for length turning it but got this very annoying rubber squeaking under the headlight or near the stem somewhere whenever the bars turn...
So then I started it, turned to the left fine but to the right the warning light came on and the check engine box was lighted up?
Did notice the throttle cable is tighter than everything else, is there some sort of sensor/ wire or something being pulled to much that way?
Didn't take any of the panels off yet, maybe have to re-route stuff?
Simple project gone wrong, I gave up for the night.

yeah you may have to re route the wires up by the bars & above the headlight.
maybe try moving the flipper some?

I has the same problem when I installed a PowerMadd 2" riser. Run the throttle cable under the handlebar - that should give you enough slack cable. Also make sure the clip that holds the end of the cable is installed correctly. If you pull on the throttle cable gently (try to pull it out of the cable housing) and it triggers TORS error code that's your problem.

That was probably your TORS being triggered when you turned the bars. Try rerouting the throttle cable under the handlebar vs over. Adjust the throttle cable freeplay accordingly. The instructions should be in the owner's manual.

Thanks guys,
figured the throttle cable might be the root cause.
I went out and looked at it again, it's real tight so def need to put it under the bar.

As mentioned that's the problem.
Also adjust the idle speed and throttle freeplay like Grimm said.
I'm prety sure I did a write up on how to do it, I'll try to find the link for you.

Keep in mind that removing the throttle cable from the fun-flipper is super easy, and you should be able to see how to do it just by looking at it.
There should be an error code on your LCD if it is in fact a TORS error. It's very common, and a fairly easy fix.
Good luck!
