2 up seat

What's your take on putting the Yamaha 2 up seat (add-on) on a LTX viper with the 137 track? What would be the weight restrictions? Would be light trail riding but at time the trail is quite rough. I'm getting one installed but cant find much info as to how well the seat-up. How adjustable is the rear shock or would I need up an upgrade in suspension? Would the XTX be a better option? Thanks.

Yeah I had seen that post, but I'm not too worried about the assembly that's the dealers job. But If 140lbs if max weight say with a 200lb driver, I'm thinking that's a weak suspension on the viper or is that a restriction for rough riding? I had an older RX1 151" and was able to rider with the wife on the single seat with no issues just light riding. Looking for input on suspension set-up and actual limitations. With gear and all, would 350lb load of both passengers and that be too much? How does this suspension differ than the RS venture? I'm about to pull the trigger and get a viper this week and dealer don't have much info to pass on to me. How do the current viper owners feel this sled would handle with easy riding with a passenger?

Well I'm sure if you put the spring adjuster on high it would work fine or you my have to get heavier springs
