2003 Kodiak 450 front wheel bearing

Hi,do I need to have a special tool to remove the ball joints from the hub so that I may change the wheel bearings, ball joints are good, any info on this would be great.

I hope you have it done by now but usually do not need special tools to do this.

Ya I got it done, just braced it better and got a bigger hammer, thanks anyway.
