After reading hours of posts on related topics I have yet to find my solution so now my turn to ask.
I'm looking to upgrade my 6 smaller idler wheels to the 135mm. The two sets of front outside ones pose no problem with the doo 2 bolt supports. My question is about the rear inside ones. My skid has an axle thru them and in all the related posts i've read there is no mention of this. Just replacing factory supports with doo 2 bolts. So do I just simply put the 135mm wheels on the axle and that's it or would i be removing the axle and going with the doo mounts there as well?
As well i was going to go with wheels found at royal that have been mentioned on here in other threads. royal distributing page 171 #04-4135-20 however i'm concerned with them being to wide between the lugs. does any one know if they will work for that location or know of another 135mm wheel that will work?

I have lots of skids and wheel mounts. Will do some comparing to see what the easiest and best option would be for you. Kimpex makes a 135mm wheel as a direct Yamaha replacement. It is spoked like the accessory Yamaha wheel found on 2010 and up sleds.

Thanks hibshman25, much appreciated.
the suspension i have is the pro action.
Also regardimg the wheels I believe the one i referred to above are the yamaha replacements. If you get a chance to check royal distributing page 171 #04-4135-20 letter "R" are those the ones you are referring to?

yes that is the ones he is reffering to.
they fit between the drive lugs just fine on my apex, brothers war and other brothers venture.
you do not have to replace the stock supports if you use yamaha part # SMA-BILBU-00. it replaces the plastic parts and the steel sleeve in the stock wheels. makes the bearings last longer as well.

maim thanks for the info, they appear to fit nicely between lugs I just wanted some more insight as i have been reading of people getting wheels detroyed. I have a an axle in the inside back location, am i understanding you right that i can continue to use that axle by installing the new 135mm on it?
I also have been reading of skid rail damage with out the 2 whole mounts, in this instance should i be concerned with this?

Are those bushing just replacements for the plastics ones?
You know where I can get them?

You can get the part at your local dealer. It totally replaces the stock plastic set up.
As to set up tips, I can help you out if you like decent ski pressure. I like keeping my skis on the ground personally but it will still pull up with English when I need to.
