Is this schock rebuidable revalveable? Hackers wants to sell me new a shock?

They told me the same thing.Im pretty shure bruce at pioneer performance fixes them revalve too.Let me know how it works out,im thinking of sending him my rear shock at end of season to get freshened up ,maybe revalved more progressive.heres the link

Yes they are rebuildable and the dealer here in Canada charged about $70
