my 2004 rx-warrior runs horrible at full throttle, does it at around 80 mph or so. Luckily i was able to capture the issue while i was climbing a joke of a hill. you can hear the issue clear as day. i have to let the machine idle down for a few seconds for the issue to clear up. i also noticed that my handwarmers do not work so great. could it be a voltage issue, or a stator problem? problems shows up after 1:30 into the video

I will try that. You seem pretty confident.
The reason i did not consider the plugs is that they were fairly new at the time, had about 800 miles on them. I do run it WOT often on the river for a 2-3 mile stretches. And the machine also has 10,000 miles on it. I have never put one red cent into the engine except for oil changes plugs and gas.

I would also clean the spark plug boots. My 2005 sounded the same as yours. Mine kept doing it on and off as well. I used break cleaner.

I have had pilots dirty that will mess with the sled running right... 9 times out of 10, those darn pilots were the culprit.
Yes I have to agree it does sound like a fuel delivery problem be it plugged pilots, filters, fuel screen or even dirty carbs or poor fuel. I have also seen plugs idle perfectly and act up under load.

Well i will def. Go through the carbs. Im taking it out west in dec. So im hoping i can figure it out. Problem is i wont know if i fixed it until i ride it and seeing how i do not get good snow until mid jan. I will be taking a chance
I should just upgrade but this sled has been good to me. And lets face it last winter wasnt all that great for us in Mi and parts of Wi. Hard to drop 10-12 gs on a new sled and wait for good snow

I would do the carbs and buy new plugs then those two are eliminated.
