Did you sync the carbs after having them apart for cleaning?
If not try that.

What do you have the Fuel Screw set to on # 1? All fuel screws should be set to two turns out from the bottom.
Also, is #1's float level set the same a the others? There is a procedure for checking float level. Attach clear tube to carb drain, open drain and hold tube up to see where the actual fuel level is. Measuring the floats with a ruler is designed to get them all relatively the same. Checking the fuel level is to make sure they all have fuel to the right internal level. In this case, this check will tell you if the needle valve is working correctly.
Plugs should all be looking the same. If #1 is blacker, then #1 is running richer. This is not optimal.
Did you look at #1's Needle's clip position? Is it the same as the others. Are all the springs in the 4 carbs the same color?
Did you look for a light-show around the # 1 coil in a darkened room with the coil's centering grommet off? There could be something unique to #1's coil hole that causes whatever coil to arc.
