Can someone do a step by step for the shock removal and install on an 06 APEX GT
2006 APEX GT SHOCK REMOVAL

Disconnect the transfer rod. Remove the shock.

If Ohlins shock, disconnect wire connection behind reverse lever beside chain case feed wire back through tunnel as I don't think the wire is a quick connect on the shock itself.
Likely the shock wire is bound to swing arm with tape or similar protection which will need to be removed.
Like steiner said, take the pre-load off the suspension and remove the transfer rod at one end, easy peasy from there.
