Apex owners.....disassembly....

snomonut, I have no problems removing the bolts, spark plug boots, and spark plugs on the #3 & 4 cylinders under the coolant and over flow bottle, but a guy with large hands may have a harder time.

I had stayed out of there, wondering if you were going to offer a "miracle cure"....I guess it's time to get used to the cramped quarters and see how it goes!

I've disassembled the front of the sled now several times and for those who have not, it does get easier and more logical each time you dive in. Thanks again Allen for taking all the time necessary to help us all out!

YEP! Once you do it, its not that bad!

Just understanding whats what helps a ton!

I liked taking the whole headlight & lower bracket out to have more room!

Its only two more bolts & they're solid, not clipped on the back side & the headlight stays where it belongs too!

Thats a nice job I have seen some of the big money tech. writers at my company not do a job as well as that. I pick up on Friday I am sure I will be busy playing this weekend. Thanks for you attention to detail and time.

If you click on "Wrenches" then choose "T-handle Hex Key Sets" and make sure you get the metric sizes.

Kinda spendy set of wrenches, but they come in handy and are more durable than any other T-handled allen wrenches that I've had.
