You should let the many knowledgeable members here know what exactly you mean by "terrible". I.e. heavy steering, push, to much ski lift, etc. Also what do you have for shocks etc. This will help the guys, who know a lot more than me, give ya pertinent advice.

What air pressure are you running in the floats? My 07 nytro has inside ski lift bad, just put 8" carbides on it

Welcome to the site. Your in the right section.
Run 55psi in your front floats(lowers the front end). Adjust your transfer rods to minimum transfer (keeps the skis on the snow during acceleration). Add some preload to your front skid shock spring to take some weight off the skis and ease up the steering. I have my spring preload set in the center of the adjuster and its a good place to start, trading ease of steering versus understeer until you find a compromise you like. I run my rear skid springs at full soft and use the clicker rear shock to eliminate bottoming.
These setting give me easy steering and slight ski lift on acceleration past the corner apex with enough transfer for decent take-off with a compliant ride. I also run shaper wear bars.
Any questions, just ask.

suspension setup
my 06 nytro, usually runn around 60 psi up front, dually carbides, heavy swaybar from pioneer( helped with inside ski lift in cornering)
didnt know much about these suspensions when i got this sled and started setting up the rear suspension so i applied my expeiences with the old proactions, seemed to work. i am happy and many others with similar sleds love the way mine rides and handles.
limiter strap is lengthened out to where it is just limiting the shock from full extension, then adjusted the center shock spring to where it was not loose and was starting to get a little preload, went a couple turns tighter.
rear spring is in middle position, rear compression adjustment (cant remember how many clicks) but found the middle and turned 2 or 3 clicks to the softer sided,
transfer rods i started in the middle and adjusted from there until it didnt pull the skis in the air on a holeshot, just lift a little and skim the ground(only under a hard hole shot) any other situation still has pretty good ski pressure so it still steers pretty good.
i am only a 150# rider and ride very aggressive on usually pretty rough trails and have 96 studs in the center so ur setup may be a little defferent.
dont think it did much towards handling but ride was night and day difference after having bruce at pioneer revalve my center shock, especially with the really hard ones that normally would bottom out and drive your spine.

Not sure what he's trying to tell you but you don't want to add preload to the center shock, he's right about 55lbs in the floats, re-valve center and rear shock or you will chase this suspension and never catch it. To make it work and ride awesome by the way 55psi in floats, Hygear re-valve to rid the skid of the bottoming on G-outs (which happens very easy) after re-valve the center should have almost zero preload, torsion springs on soft and rear shock 5 clicks from full soft...and you'll never get rid of inside ski lift without a 13mm sway bar from Pioneer, also ditch the stock skis for a set of Tuners, Arrow or Doo Pilots.
