From reading my shop manual, it looks like the dealer left them at factory settings. I know they didn't do anything special for me, as it was a floor model and they never asked me anything about my weight or riding style. I'm 225 and ride fairly aggressively.

Thanks. You're about 30# heavier than me. I reset the springs to stock settings on my sled from full soft, sounds like I might have to soften them up a bit. I have the limiters pulled in one hole (I like a little more ski pressure than most) and the anti bottoming stopper on soft (based on comments here about too much rebound). I really need to ride this sled!!

I think these settings basically get the front a little lower and limit the transfer a little bit. From what I learned from another member, the 1/4" less preload on the center shock is to work better with the shortened limiter strap. Made sense to me. I set my torsion spring setting to firm due to my weight and riding style.
I also have the snubbers moved to the front hole and that was a huge improvement on bottom outs as far as my spine's well being goes.

Thanks. I'm trying to get a starting point close to what I think I will need based on what I've read here. Like i said, I really need to ride!!
