Try Checking the oil breather in the air box for obstructions and make sure that the drain back hose on the bottom of the air box is not kinked or plugged.

oil in air box
Handy,
can you blow air into air box where oil enters and the hose that is attached to it

I would remove the air box and clean everything first. I would be careful blowing air through any of the openings. Wouldn't want to damage the valve that the dealer just replaced. On the three cylinder engines a lot of oil goes through the separator / breather in the air box, this oil must flow freely back into the engine, if there are any restrictions the oil would then flow into the air box. I hope this helps. I have an 05 Vector and the only time I had any issues was when the breather froze up during extreme cold conditions with a lot of short rides that wouldn't let all the moisture melt away and after an oil change when I forgot to put the air box drain hose back on to the air box. I think the engine pumped the oil out quicker than I could pour it in.
