2007 Apex GT idle

When I cleaned mine it made no difference. After I made the co adjustment the idle could be adjusted with the knob. When I took the IAC apart I could find no fouling of any sort. I brake cleaned and blew out the passages and re-assembled. Maybe I should have soaked it in some GUNK.

Do a CO adjustment, it is described somewhere in this thread. This is a long but good read on the subject.
