Justinator which hole did you use when you installed yours? How did it work?

I took mine out in the field this morning and jumped it a few times and it definitely made a difference, it should be amazing in the real nasties!

Thanks,

Cobalt..........I actually dont have any yet, I just new that one of the holes was for extra bogies and the other 3 holes I think were for the anti-bottomers. I think I read that most are using the first hole(towards the engine) because the other holes would affect rebound too mkuch and give some kick back, I am not sure on this though but I had searched a while back and read up on these. Probaly will be my next investment. Keep me posted once you get some more hours and get to experiment with the different holes. Thanks :4STroke:

One problem you guys will probably discover is with the antibottomers installed, you can get a lot of kick back from sudden bumps.

If you install them in the softests position the kickback isn't too bad, but I found it horrible in both medium and hard positions.

The reason for the kick back is the main shock isn't calibrated to work with these. Once the antibottomer gets into action, the extra spring load overcomes the shock and the skid pushes out very quickly - almost launching the back of the sled up in the air and almost kicking you off the sled.

Just a quick note regarding the bumpers. I noticed Hygear has them for 19.95 apiece on his price list. I had ordered some other stuff from them , and these bumpers arrived as part of that package. The ones I received were complete - roller, bushing, bolt, nut ,and 2 washers, appear to be identical to the Yammi parts. FWIW
