Looks like a 121" sled extended to a 136". Hartman tunnel extension and can't tell from the pictures which rail extension(guessing tracks USA or one like them). The rails have been painted or powder coated too. It has the Apex floorboard stiffeners, 4th wheel kit on the rear axle and the newer bogey wheels on the front that you can change bearings in and the yellow grip pieces on the outside of the floorboards. That sled began life as a 121". Either way it looks like a nice sled with some tasteful mods. Looks like it was done right.

Suspension arms have been color matched as well. With that mono skid in there with the Ohlins makes me think that it is not a Rtx.
Can you adjust the Ohlins from the handle bars?
Well what it happens to be it sure is a good looking sled with lots of nice goodies on it. Enjoy the ride.

Yes the ohlins can be adjusted from the handlebars.
Thanks again for the comments .....can't wait for snow!

That's a really nice sled. I probably wouldn't ride it, you might get it dirty. :)

Thank you all for the comments and compliments! Looks like my apex has quite a history!

Nice machine LoneRider, yellow and black is a nice combination.

Have your local Yamaha dealer run the Vin. Should be able to tell what the sled's life started off as.

Spoke to the Yamaha dealer today and had them run the vin number and as it turns out it started life as a RTX er !

wow that is alot of work done then. looks great!!

06 RTX was the mono with Fox floats in the front. 07 RTX came black and yellow with the Proaction 121 skid. Unscientifically, that skid seemed unpopular to me as I read TY. Extended mono should be an improvement in comfort if not bump ability.
