2007 Phazer skid is dead

I have read all the post concerning the Phazer rear skid and none of the answers seem to match my problem. I have a 2007 Phazer GT with 2000 miles, and the rear skid drops to the ground. I have disassembled everything and greased it. It just had new Fox Zero shocks, center link and wheel kits installed by Schmidt Bros. The skid still will not hold itself up, I am thinking either the torsion springs or the shaft that connects the rear skid mounts to the machine is broken. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Where the rear skid bolts to the frame that shaft is splined and has to be lined up with the dot on the plate the shaft slides into to get the proper spring preload. Just a thought, or could be broken spring

Make sure that the sle dis on leval grouns that that you prelaoded the springs when you installed the rear torson. You have to give them some force to get them on. sorry for the bad typing I have two fingers cut open with bandages on them
