I just got a new tunnel shield for my 07 Phazer Fx. I don't know if it will fit other models other than the Phazer but if your have the some cutout as the Phazer I'm sure it will fit. This shield slides right in and requires no drilling or other modifications to install and the price is right. No more ice build up in the tunnel or foot rests like before or having to remove ice chunks that might get stuck in the tunnel and break something. Works great A lot of Phazer Fx riders have inquired about this tunnel cover and where they can get one, how much it costs and does it keep the heat from becoming a problem. All I can say is I have a hand held heat sensing gun and the temperature in my tunnel is about 12 degrees warmer after idling the sled for about 1/4 hour. The unique method of the design is what make it work so good and like I said before the price is right. These are not the side panels which in my opinion are worthless, this panel fits the large cutout (about 11X24) which is right under the seat. Thanks. (WHEN YOU REST YOU RUST)

You should check out the mod sticky at the top of the phazer forum page so you can see the Excell tunnel block off plate, it's about 50 bucks and it's a perfect fit and comes with rivets. Take a look it also has slash cuts down the middle to get some airflow by the exhaust and very little snow gets through them.Heres a pic of mine.

The cutout panel above is very similar to the one I was talking about but for less money. $44.95 is what I bought mine for not $59.95 that excell sells them for. They are made out of .040 thick aluminum. The installation can be different as well with the louvers facing down and the opening facing forward which allow minimal snow penetration. The company that makes these will sell them as a group buy to try to keep the price down. If anyone would like to get in on this group buy email me for more info. Ray

Are you selling these?
12-15$ At your local metal shop will get you
a 11.25 x 25inch flat piece of .040 and rivets

as for the louvers I doubt they make a huge difference,
and if you really want them most shops can stamp them for $2-5.
