nothing holds it on, its just corroded on. open your vise so that only the aluminum stand-off is through, then find a socket the size of the inner bearing race and pound the stand-off out.

X2..... or couple blocks of wood, and socket... pound away... and FYI... 6005 bearing... only one that will fit. unless mods of course..

part#

Looking to replace these, anyone know the yamaha part#? I want to keep the same size. I have not had any problems with hyfax wear. I attribute that to keeping my track loose.

Get yourself a set of Excell X wheels---The absolute best I have run so far--especially if you run studs.

I think I'm going with Pioneer for $28.00 which includes the bearing.

Spoked Style Plastic Idler Wheel 130mm

These 130mm (5 1/8") wheels will replace any of the idler wheels used from 2005 & up (except Rage & Warrior). These wheels feature a replacable 6005 bearing, and are extremely durable.

I went with Kimpex 04-116-96S wheels. They are listed as 130mm with 6005 replaceable bearings. 5K miles and still going strong (minus a few bearing changes!)
