2008 Nytro MTX RPM questions

I have a stock 2008 Nytro MTX. When I accelerate from a stop the engine will run up from 9150-9350 RPM and then stabilize around 9250 when I hit top speed. The sled runs 97 MPH on my GPS at the 9250 RPM. My questions are these:1)What RPM should I be at while accelerating? 2) Am I at the maximum top speed for my gearing? 3) Is there a rev. limiter? 4) What RPM does the limiter hit?
