Both pictures are pre-installation (post-installation looks the same)....
The first pic is after lifting the suspension and then releasing (look at the gap (pretty much non-existent) between the star swing arm immediately above idler wheel).
The second pic is after getting on the sled, jumping up and down and then getting off the sled (look at look at the gap (bigger but still pretty much non-existent) between the star swing arm immediately above idler wheel.
Install was a breeze....raise rear end a few inches, release torsion springs, remove 2 rear suspension bolts, loosen allen set-screw on collar, pull off idler, spring washer, torsion spring, plastic protector (I didn't realize this was there the first time and couldn't install the spacers...called hygear, checked fiche and figured it out the second time), install spacer, install torsion spring, install spring washer, install idler wheel, install collar, tighten set-screw, repeat for other side, lower rear suspension, align axle and install/torque suspension bolts (blue locktite), load torsion springs and you are done....about 1/2 hour.
