2009 Yamaha Nytro RTX muffler help

Good afternoon, I'm in some need of help/advice. I bought this sled last winter and it has and obnoxiously loud muffler on it. The owner gave me the stock muffler which I'm debating putting back on, otherwise suggestions for a decent but affordable muffler.
Also I'm not sure what I need besides the stock muffler to remount it in the sled? Is the rear plastic piece that came with the sleds that fits over the muffler needed, I do not have that piece. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated THANKS GUYS, the rookie

What kind of exhaust do you have, and I don't believe that you need the plastic piece although it might look kinda funny.

The muffler that is on it is a big can, I'm not even sure if it was meant for the sled by the way its on there. The previous owner welded a small bead above the break light.

Lol that looks like a fart can from a rice rocket honda civic.

If you put the stock exhaust on, you can buy the black plastic cover on ebay for like 20-30 bucks.

lol that is hilarious. Hope the rest of the exhaust isnt molested. You can likely get any parts you need from hbishman or laneo on here. Just post in the wanted section.

Boosted, that would be awesome I'm from howards grove but live in Manitowoc so we could meet somewhere. How much do you want for it?
Also regrettably I bought the sled in the dark and didn't realize how big of a cluster #*$&@ that muffler was. The previous owner took poor care of it I found out when going through the sled before going to the U.P
