2010 Yamaha venture TF
Hi everyone!
Season is over and time for due maintenance.

I had an issue this spring I'm trying to figure out.
It's a RS Venture TF.
In the morning after turning the key lots of spurious electrical issues; low fuel warning, low oil level warning and an ECU fault code 43 and no fuel pump click.
I do have a bad battery which I constantly need to charge.
After some fiddling it decided to start and after some driving the warnings went away.
I read about bad grounding blocks in other posts but I can't seem to find them.
The terminal blocks I did find seem well protected and no issues found.

Has anybody got an idea what could be wrong or experienced something similar?
All info appreciated.
Thanks!

Get a good battery in there before you start diagnosing electrical issues. Low voltage can cause all sorts of issues with electronics that are not there with proper voltage. Being as you say the issues go away after running for a while it may be taking that long to get to proper voltage levels. Remember the job of the charging is to maintain proper voltage levels not to act as a battery charger. If the battery has dead cells or is shorted internally your taxing the charging system.

Thanks for your input.
Bought a new battery so we'll see what happens when snow is back and see how it behaves under colder temperatures.
The battery was performing poorly since a long time but charging seemed too keep it going. I'll post an update if it solved the problems.
