Picked up my new 2010 XTX yesterday. For anyone wondering, it does fit in a 10' clamshell trailer ! !

My 09 XTX fits on my 10"trailer with an Aero hood and I have the mid height wind screen. The grab bar in back does rub. I put a towel over the windscreen and grab rail to be safe. It's tight but fits.

That's what the sales guy and service techs said. The Yami rep at the NH Grass Drags assured me it woould fit, he was 100% correct. Have a Newmans Sledbed with SledDock cover, last generation style. About 1" to spare againg the rear bar, and the skis are not over stuffed. The original low windshielf has about 3" clearance up top, so i guess no mid or tall for me.

i put a mid windsheild on and i have to tie down the front end from the bumper and squat it down a few inches

as it is you only only have to twist 4 to remove the windshield and and the hood..

good idea, just remove the front section w/ shield attached.
