would it be safe to say that with a few miles on on that engine it may pick up a couple more ponies making it a solid 165hp?

Here is a post from Woody on amsnow a few months ago. He was able to make 170hp with some light mods during the Dyno session as well.

DYNO TESTED 1 5/17/2010 STOCK 163.7 HP AT 10,400. !!! WITH SHORT STACKS ,K/N'S, VPU4-4 FUEL, GEMS FUEL CONTROLER ,170HP AT 10,700-10,800!!!!!! 1/4 MILE TAR TEST THIS WEEK WILL POST.
