2011 Apex SE Dreaded Code 11

So I have been fighting with an intermittent Code 11. It will run fine and start no problem. Sometimes Code 11 will pop up while it's running. I head home. Turn it off and says Code 11 and won't start. Went through the manual. Check load test on battery, starter solenoid, tested all 4 relays and used dielectric grease on all connectors. Changed plugs while I was in there. Original's with 19,000kms. Put back together and Code 11 no start.

I thought to turn the primary clutch a bit and it still same Code 11 but started. Turned it off and restart with no code. Did that 5 more times then Code 11 came back while running. Shut off and restart, no code and fires up. Started 10 more times with no issues.

WTF. Stator?????

That's the sensor on the valve cover.
