I just sold my 07 Attak GT and ordered a 2011 Apex XTX.
Can somone tell me the Stock gear ratio and the clutch weights that they are using. I am thinking that they might be using the new 83 gram weights.

Check with Ulmer. I think I read somewhere the 11 has 24/37 gears.

They use a new clutch weight "8HG" (they are big like the 8HF weights). Blue-Silver-Blue primary spring, small rollers, pink secondary spring in the 128" models or white secondary spring in the 144" models, and the standard 51/43 helix.

The 11+ apex primary weights are 83g empty and just about 95g loaded up. Are you wanting to use these in your 07??

Yes have a new set of these weights laying around, I have O/P/O spring, according to the yamcharger folks an additional 4 g needs to be added. The original stock weights filly loaded are 81 g but have a different profile. I was using d&f but the shoulder curve are worn using white spring, not impressed.
