At idle 1750, at at WOT about you wamt it to settle at 11400 ish.

2009 Phazer MTX
11,100 to 11,500 is the ideal range. Any higher and they have a tendancy to hit the rev limiter if you loose traction. Any lower and it lug a bit in deep snow (which isn't an issue this year!) I have mine at 11,200 which has returned my best MPG, usually get 18 at worst and 22 at best.
