I recently switched from stock Yamaha primary weights to Supertips. I was running 11,000 rpm at WOT. Apparently, this was costing me some top end speed. So, I wanted to get down to 10,700 -10,800 to find the sweet spot. So, I started with: heel=Tungsten insert & 1 washer; Mid=Empty; Tip=1 washer. This set up brought me down to 10,500 WOT. Does anyone have experience to suggest what to change to find 10,700-10,800?
My sled is currently in the UP, so I am limited on my test and tune time. Worse case, I can live with this. But if someone has a good suggestion, I am willing to try it on my next trip.
Thanks.

What MrSled said, I find that 1 gram in the tip is good to move rpm's 100 or 200 overall.
