I have a 2012 Apex Se with 10,000 miles on it. I live in Michigan. I am looking for an Apex expert to go through it. I dont have the time to wrench and I want to keep it as a backup sled. I'm willing to travel/deliver/pickit up. Any suggestion or takers? jsutton@creaturecontrol.net, 734 645 1711 cell. Thanks!

What all exactly are you wanting to do in regards to tune up? My 08 Apex (backup sled) has over 15,000 mile on it so when it hit the 10,000 mile mark, I replaced the track and in doing so also replaced all drive train chain bearings (drive axle, jack shaft and chain case bearings) and seals. Or, were you thinking of yearly maintenance items like oil/filter change, sliders and such?

I need to have it gone through. Bearings done, clutches gone through, bushings in the front end, skid gone through. Air shock started puking oil out the value stem end of last year. The exhaust needs some work too. I had a guy do a donut elimination kit. I'm sucking in cold air and getting a backfire hear and there. That needs to be tightened up or I need to go back to stock. Track is good. Skid is a 129 stretched to 144. The track is in good shape.

Take your sled to Chris at Schmidt Brothers in Michigan. He has done an amazing job with my 2012 Apex xtx. He will take care of you!
