Sorry for the dumb question, finally digging into my adjustments after riding sled for a year. Playing with transfer adjustment bolts and want to make sure which way gives more transfer. Is it nut turning up toward max adjustment red line or down and away? Thanks!

I should add something to my question. One side objective of my transfer adjustment is to keep a little more pressure on my skis. Pushing a little in corners. I just adjusted nuts up to 2nd line (last line before red) and flipped torsion bar adjustment to soft. Got some miles on this set up and seemed to improve pushing but tough to gauge as I was riding in a fresh foot of snow with only a few sled tracks over it ahead of me. I did like the softer suspension but really need (?) some stutter bumps to see how rebound does.
Front limiter straps in middle hole and were when skis pushed before my recent adjustments.

They come from the factory set at max.

For me, before I installed Star kit for a better ride ....adding Snowtrackers, 13mm sway bar, pulling strap up one hole and loosening front shock preload as much as possible, leaving about 3/8" of threads showing above lock nut and the push was gone.

if i recall when you are at the red line that means you have taken all the transfer out. It does tell you in the manual. real PITA to adjust out on the trail, it wouldn't have cost much for Yamaha to add a couple of wrenches to the tool kit just for that. pretty hard caring a wrench big enough along for a ride. wish someone would come out with a quick adjust that you can just turn by hand like on the older proaction suspensions

Thanks for answer to the original question! That is what I thought. Got a big ole Cresent wrench strapped next to my toolbag to dial in further!
