A buddy of mine, who is a Yamaha dealer, told me I'm going to want to get my hands on a 2012 Nytro as Yamaha will be offering a turbo right from the factory already installed.

Has anybody else heard anything like this?

This info comes from the same guy that was telling me about the power steering on the Apex long before anybody was talking about it. So I have my fingers crossed he's right again.

Heard same thing here but only on the MTX nothing else. ???

Most likely it will happen this year, since you now can buy the turbo kit from Yamaha. Question is do you want to go with the Push Turbo, or will other manufacturers give you more bang for the bucks.. ?

But i agree, a stock Nytro with Turbo - that is NICE ;)!

YES, maby 5 year insted of 2
Artic cat have 3 years now, so Yammi must do something els

Well maybe they will come out with a boosted XTX with power steering!!!!

That would have an MSRP around $18,500 lol

When will details of the 2012 line up be released?

Yeah no kidding. The prices are getting a little ridiculous.

I'm just gonna get into vintage. They're slow, break down a lot, and rough. So you'll only want to ride short distances, save money on gas/oil, you'll never need to rent a room or take a trip, and after a 100 mile day you'll feel like you rode 400.

Was just talking about this with some buddies. Paid $2000 less then the guys are having to give for the 2011 Nytro XTX on the floor at our local dealership. Insane price increase for a sled with little to no difference then my 09 RTX except when I bought mine the RTX was a more expensive sled then the XTX so it would likely be $2500-$3000 for a comparable machine. They are pricing people rite out of the sport and that is sad. Pretty sure I am riding the last sled that I will ever buy new. Pretty soon they will have to finance for 10yrs to get people into payments they can afford!!!
