Gotta give Yamaha credit, they continue to change things in the sport atv market while others sit back.

From what the review says the sport ATV market is pretty much in danger of disappearing because of the popularity of the UTVs.One magazine last year testing the 2012 YFZ450 said the average age of sport quad riders is now 38-42 years old.Seems the riders are getting older just like the sled buyers.Going to be a uncertain future(but a least yamaha brought back the YFZ450R in canada for 2013 :yam: )

I hear that. I can't find anyone to ride with these days. Nobody has any interest.

I have never heard of or seen a 40 year old man on a sport quad... Then again.. I've never even seen a sport quad besides on the tv or computer.

note that its $800 less. but its also less wide and has a higher seat hight. Wouldnt that make it more tippy?
Now that you mention it the seat height is a little higher on the 2013 along with a little narrow width.Strange :-o .
