OK ran the heavy gg wire between terminals, starter immediately turned over, but not enough to start her up, tried 1/2 dozen times until battery seemed to start losing a bit of chg, so brought it in and put back on charger. Went on dealer website and left msg. with parts dept. email to check stock on the relay, have to wait until tomorrow! :-( { Checked nearby Royal Distributing, but they don't list relays for Viper! }

Remove the Fuel pump relay and the ISC relay in the fuse box located on the right side next to the coolant overflow bottle. Warm them up inside then reinstall and try to start it again. One or both relay may have been froze and not working
