2015 Apex limiter strap

Any recommendations on where to set the limiter strap on a 2015 Apex. When I bought it it was in the first hole at the dealer. After I picked it up they tightened it all the way to the 4th hole. The rest of the suspension was set at standard. I weigh 212 pounds and get alot of track spin lack of traction from hitting the throttle at a stop and even from a slow roll.
