Ever get your rails? This delay in parts is very frustrating. I cant see why you cant order a 2014 case.

24/50 is the gearing!
Can someone tell me if sprockets from AC m8000/m9000 will fit on our vipers?
i think 24/50 will be good for you who only drive "shoots" but on technicaldriving in forest i think 21/50 will be great!

Its kind of a weird system if you ask me and I put all the gears in a bucket and its pretty heavy. So as you can see the top gear is not splined on the inside. What I'm calling the (floating sprocket) is the only thing that is splined to the jack shaft. In normal riding position the floating sprocket is slid over against the top gear where splines on the inside of both the floating sprocket and the top gear connect for forward riding. When reverse is selected the floating gear is slid over to the out side by the reverse actuator so that the floating sprocket is now in contact with reverse gear.
Here's another pic with the floating sprocket out of the way

Aah thank you allot! Now i understands how it works
But i think we in sweden get another gearing, a yamaha center in north said to me its 24/50 so i thought i shall change the topsprocket to a smaller one, i got my sled up to 146km/h and then the lake ended. But now you show 21/49 i dont know how to do, maybe the only way is to take the chaincase apart !
But thanks for the help.
Btw, here in sweden do we have around 1.1-1.3m snow and the viper with turbo feels great !
