I don't think he has much to worry about with a 2016 as far as donuts are concerned. I think most are figuring out that the 2011 and above are solid in that respect. Monitor it, but it's a pain to swap, do it when it needs it.I always try to warn people about maintainable things to do on the Apex since I've been close to everywhere on mine. If you ever have the chance I recommend changing out the doughnuts or the copper ones. Not sure if the phazer has the crappy graphite ones.

Awesome R1 sportbike engine and acceleration. 25,000 miles is nothing for this engine. Its bulletproof. Slap a turbo on and you have over 300 HP. A can't say enough good things about that engine.

Also don't be afraid of getting stuck. Its just part of snowmobiling. Lots of videos on Youtube on how to get unstuck if you are unfamiliar.
