While I was installing the header on my sled I noticed the small turbo mount was broken at the bolt.
I'm sure there was someone a while ago on ty with the same problem.
It looks like I need a new mount.
Has anyone found a fic to this problem, like stronger material. Or a better way to line up the turbo with the header?
I'm blaming it on the alignment between the header and mid pipe. Best Geusse.

I had my mount crack in a few places with poor design and sharp corners on the machining putting stress into the corners of the machining. I pulled it apart and had it TIG welded and fillets added in a few spots to remove some of the stress. Alignment can cause issues and may add to the problem.

Do you have any pics of your bracket beefed up?

Alright. Mpi is going to replace the bracket for me. I'll do the alignment this time instead of the dealer and give it a try. I know to check it now.
