Hi all....I have a boggie wheel on the rear shock shaft on my 2016 LTX SE that I need to replace. Looking for some tips to replace without removing the skid. Any thoughts or insight would be awsome!!

Attempting, without removing the skid, would be more hassle than it's worth.
Pull the skid and then do this to make the next upper idler service easier.

Wouldn’t that spin on the shaft? You want the inside of the bearing to be a press fit.

I'm not sure that a press-fit onto paint is correct. I found that my replacement wheels slid right on as the paint came off on its own with the removal of the old wheels. I have not had any issues with the install of the new wheels. Great tool.Wouldn’t that spin on the shaft? You want the inside of the bearing to be a press fit.

I apologize, for not giving full credit to member DVW, who has logged over 20,000 mile with this system.

Thanks Frozen for the video. My issue is with lower wheels on the rear shock shaft inside the skid.Attempting, without removing the skid, would be more hassle than it's worth.
Pull the skid and then do this to make the next upper idler service easier.

Pretty straight forward. Remove the bolt, push assembly up(shock collapses), slide pieces apart. Re-assemble with new wheels.Hi all....I have a boggie wheel on the rear shock shaft on my 2016 LTX SE that I need to replace. Looking for some tips to replace without removing the skid.
