I just got my first quote and it was almost as bad as yours in central WI.. Wow!! WTF is going on? Guess I screwed up selling my 17..In Northern WI, SRX...$200 of MSRP. Add tax. For some reason that doesn’t sound very attractive for ordering a sled directly from the factory.
So now they have tightened up inventory and they going to SCREW new buyers.. That's what I see

Anyone who wants a LE better have a price agreed upon before putting 500 down on Yamaha site!! Your in for a big screwing if you don't..
Time to think about a thundercat and a wrap to cover some charcoal grey. I GET TO CHOOSE bumpers, bags, windsheild,EPS , shocks!

Up until now there have only been my 2019 X-TX LE and a couple other SWs in my area, everything else has been Ski Doos. I now know of 4 possibly 5 orders being placed for 2022 Side Winders, and that's within only one day of the 2022 release, so things are changing.

That was the plan on getting rid of leftover inventory. Also increases the value of your used fleet.I just got my first quote and it was almost as bad as yours in central WI.. Wow!! WTF is going on? Guess I screwed up selling my 17..

It is all relative anyway. They could retail $20,000 for the SRX and knock it down to $18,xxx and people would think they where getting a deal----sound familiar???

An X-TX SE, with Fox QS3's all around is less expensive than a L-TX SE with Fox RC front and HPG rear. Are the QS3 shocks that much cheaper or is some other reason? Longer track, paddles, and frame you would think the X-TX be more expensive.

Pinnin' it!
LTX-SE looks horny!! Can' t believe there is no shock option. If it had QS3r's I would pull the trigger. Buttttt.... sadly no dice.

No I get your point on used value!.. But taking a couple hundred off a SE when I can get the Tcat for same price and get better shocks is starting to look like a no brainer to me.That was the plan on getting rid of leftover inventory. Also increases the value of your used fleet.

I see your point. I would compare the T-Cat to the LTX -GT, same shocks, $250 gift card, you get the better windshield and bag ($300 ) and 2 more years of warranty. Cats trail blazer kit brings the prices within $300 with same windshield and bag, Cat gives you front bumper, Yamaha a warranty. No I get your point on used value!.. With EPS on both models, the $$$ gap closes smaller yet, as Yamaha is charging less for the EPS. Still it is @$300? more all in not including warranty.
I was looking at a T-cat EPS or a LTX-GT EPS for myself. I need to sell my 2017 RTX 129 before I do anything

Used market is amazingly good over this way.. Not sure why the snow season was terrible here.. Your sled and any used sled is increasing in value a lot.. Getting a early taste for pricing is telling me this and betting new buyers are in for a major screwing.. Almost forced to spring order now days as inventory in season is thin and very pricey if the snow falls heavily early winter.. My ONLY concern with Cat is the unknown clutches,, I feel I have a really good feel for the Winder clutches.. Kind of like starting over with new clutches.. Still up in the air what I'm doing, I know I said Winder but damn they sure are tight on pricingI see your point. Over here out the door price the base Thundercat is a grand more than l-TX SE (with added medium windshield like AC). So are the QS3 really worth this?

I got a couple quotes from Two dealers, Winder Ltx Le $19350 otd, standard T-Cat $16400 . My riding buddy want a new Renegade and he got $18200 for yellow 900t with only color gage as a add on . I I was shopping for new 998 t it would be a T-cat for price difference.
