You would need 24/38 for 1000 ft.

12 psi boost if tuned right should put you at around 250 hp.

250 hp should push you to 120+ in 1000 ft. even in snow.

24-38 is good for around 130 mph with 9 tooth drivers.

I think you would run out of gear with a 23 top.

ok ted i have both gears,i think i will try both.new to this turbo thing and just want to get as much out of it as i can.need to be 1 sled length ahead of srxguy lol.thanks for the info
