Might be question that's better to suited to others here as I'm not familiar with the STM weights.Is it worth temporarily changing stock spring hole location for more belt grip?
I have a Dalton B/O on order but not here yet.
18 LTX stock spring is in 3-3, stock helix. I have STM weights with stock primary spring, 225-270 tune, aligned and zero float. Trying to get clutch temps down when running the twisties.
Seems to me the logic behind Yamaha's 19 specs is to create less belt pinch at higher speeds. (steeper final angle and less weight in tip of weight). A lot disagree with this but I'm willing to give it a shot.
