My track ratchet even ultra tighted, not often, just when i need her to not.
Ratchet often on top of a long WOT Uphill run in DEep stuff.
I tighted the track 3 time yesterday, last time i took 3/8 inch on each side , my adjustement at maxed and the track is really tight.
I need to look at my H-arm to see if he is broken, but last time a checked, he was'nt .
Igot stuck twice , just because of the ratcheting

WOW, sorry to hear that Tundra. Yes. something must be broken?
I still have my rail extensions from my 159" track on the sled and have another 2" of adjustment but, I am running my Extreme with about 2" of sag hanging below the rails with no ratcheting thus far.
Heck, a couple years ago I was the guy complaining of track ratcheting with extroverts but, that was with the Procaction skid. I think turning my rather chewed up drivers around and going to the Artic cat skid cured my problem (thankfully). I know it was driving me crazy and I feel your pain.
Maybe your skid settings are just set too soft? Maybe the drive chain is a bit lose? Maybe one of your rear shocks are junk? If so, I have both perfect Ryde FX shocks from the M-7 skid because I swapped over to Fox Zero Pros.
I'll keep thinking.
Good Luck

my rear shock is a fox zero pro, and he is good, maybe front one.
Suspension is firm. I suspect too much transfert and a broken h-arm. I will look further tomorrow.
i was thinking that the 3.0 pitch were more prone to ratcheting due to wider hole and bigger distance between tips

Tundra is it track ratchet or have you checked your chain tension lately they can feel similar. Might be worth a look!

not since two last run. I hope not, but worth a look.
One thing sure, those massive 162 camo extreme are beast, they dont let place for any minor bad adjustement or tension or this bearing is probably good. Hard on everything, but god they are fun and they get the job done some well.

Extreme still rules, but i have so much problem. Ratcheting with Wahls, put some Avid, got it to ratchet yesterday. New chain and Gear, already have wear on it, second one this year. All bearing are new one. H-arm is'nt broken, track is somewhat tight, Drive shaft look good. Driver seem to wear more on the chaincase side.
Can the driveshaft move from side to side.
Its ratchet only when sled slowdown when climbing and still move forward.
when Track speed is between 40 and 45 mph i got no problem, but as soon track speed come down near to 25 mph ,i will see ratcheting.
25 mph is low, but with the Extreme, is still climb enough to keep me to get stuck and turn down. (very deep stuff and steep)
Now, yesterday it seem to ratchet once (sled was on her tail andskis pointing sky on a climb.
1000 $ in new parts this week and still may have problem
Frostbite, my Rear center shock is in need of a rebuild. You think it may cause ratcheting.
I dont want to change sprocket again. Avid cost me 350 $
