47 degree helix

Thinking about trying a 47 degree helix in my 136 extended rtx. What degree should i set it at? And what should this do for me?

I have an xtx and when I did the 47 I wrapped it at 6 and 1 or 70. It had great acceleration but was horrible at back shifting. If all your gonna do is drag race use the 47 if you want it for trail riding get a mutli angle helix your gonna want the quick back shifting.
