Wife is drag racing her sled this weekend. stock class / 500 ft track
Going out tonight and tomorrow to set up clutch any suggestions on rivets,or secondary spring setting.

primary white max performance spring
8bu-00 weights
15mm rollers

silver secondary spring / starting at holes 6 - 3
47/41 helix

Thanks

Run secondary at 3 & 3. That lil 600 will pull 8bu,s???? Gotta see that! I woulda gone with 8ab or 8ca at the most!!!!

Haven't tried yet will let you know. Going to start with 10.5 alluminum rivets in both holes.

My first attemp at cluthing this sled its beat everything in the 600 stock class and most of the 700s at two different races (must be the rider) for the last three years setup right out of the dealer for mountain riding.

Hope I don't scew it up or I won't be ______ !!

Test results

Limiter strap tightened all the way.
10.3 alluminum weights in both holes
6/3 on secondary spring

testing done on an ungroomed area.

pulls the skis off the ground and carries them for at least 30 ft
rpms are right at 8800
speedo is reading 65 to 70 plus
roughly 500 ft track

I think we leave it alone for the first few races , may go to 10.3 steel in heel
