88mph on groomed trail with a GT !

Has anyone rode the Phazer double yet? With the 144 track it would be good on the loose stuff and for breaking trail. Wondering how it would be on the twisting trails for cornering?

I tried to post on the speed I had on it nobody believed me...oh well glad others have seen it...

Nice. I think a lot of people are going to be really surprised next winter in just how good the Phazer is as a trail sled.
I cant wait untill I get my Phazer. My brother is already talking smack about how it wont be a good trail sled and how 80 hp isnt enough. I think the Phazer will be more than enough to put his '03 Polaris Pro-X 700 in its place on the twisty trails that we ride on. I already told him, "you are gonna see nothing but my snowflap and be eating my snowdust all day long!" LOL I dont think he believes me.

All I know is that it will go fast enough to hurt you bad should you fall off...Speed kills, but this model seems more about torquey, light and fun snowmobiling than speed...You want speed, get the Apex or wait for the Exciter?

RX-E

The Phazer name was a success. The Exciter L/C was not. I can't see them using that name again. The last time they did ,they went down the tubes in the sled biz and it's taken them until now to get back towards the top. Sure let's see a higher HP version, just put a new name on it.

LOL, 76mph!

My 485 did 77mph on the GPS on a rather short run. I expected it to be faster than mine by quite a bit. I bet the phazer rips though through the twisties and bet it has more jam than my sled up to top speed.

Top speed is just similar
