All the tuners are playing with it.
I think there is some power there but how much, I'm not sure.
Tomcat Performance maybe a good one to talk to as well as Hurricane as I know both have dyno the motor with head porting and also flow benched it.

porting always will create power gains,,,,, as long as you take advantage with cams, intake and exhaust, mine is getting done now aswell. engines are air pumps... the easier and more air you can get in at a given time and the easier you can expell it the more power you will make....ALWAYS.

You will definitely pick up power by porting the head. My advice is to be careful if you decide to mess with the exhaust ports. Mine ended up in a complete head failure. Exhaust valve port #2 in cylinder 1 was cut too thin. The exhaust port ruptured into the coolant passage. Stick with intake porting. Luckily, in my case, the coolant didn’t go into the cylinder, that would have led to a catastrophic engine failure. Finding a new head was a challenge, not many available this year in the US. Be super careful if you decide to go down this path. If it goes wrong you will be spending a lot of time turning wrenches. Choose wisely on who does the work.
