How many bushing are there. I count 8 on each side. 4 uppper arm and 4 lower arm plus the sleeves? Am I missing something? If anyone can post a pic it would be appreciated.

Yes, there are 16. I put Ulmers bushing kit in this fall. Never should have to do them again.

OK figured it out, there another 8 on the bulk head. All is othered and ready for install.
They were very worn out. So much that on started chewing away at the bolt.

I have more or less 3700 miles ( I am in KMS) and Most are worn down bad enough that there is play by feeling them on the shaft (bolt).
I should have (in retrospect) greased them when the sled was brand new.
My first indication, which is why I went threw the trouble of taking them apart was the white collar washers were almost all broken off, which led me to asume that there was way too much play on the buching end.

mine are bad on the left side, right side was all new last year. LOL including A-arms, damn ditch! But left side A-arms more back and forth out 1/4 inch! That sucks 2600 miles only.

anyone ever put grease fittings on the bulkhead pivot tubes? Looks like it would be easy.

Not hard at all, I would suggest doing it when you do an oil change, seeing as how the battery bracket comes out, this will give you access to the bulk head bolts.
A little patience, but its worth it. One of my bolts needs replacing as well, too much wear from the bushing. I am glad I caught it early enough.
Maintenance pays off (preventive).

I noticed mine were showing wear at the end of last season. (1700 miles). The wear wasn't real bad, but it wasnt going to get better, so I did them this fall. It really wasnt a bad job when you can take your time and be patient. If I decided to do it during the season and was looking at missing ride time, I would have been a little more anxious.
I just took it apart one night with the assist of a couple beers and put it back together a couple nights later. I used Ulmer's kit. Nice product, fast service, fair price!
