a arm question

Mine is an '06 RTX. The micro film I referenced and Ulmer Racing's print out does not show steel washers or plastic washer at the spindles, it does at the bulkhead however.

My 06 and 13 have washers or spacers whatever you want to call them. 06 has black a arms 13 has silver in the pics.

That's interesting. Why would the micro film not show them for the 06? I'm going to check with my dealer just out of curiosity. Thanks for the pictures!

Makes sense there has to be some "rub" there, why wear out the indisposible parts (knuckle and arm) instead of the cheap washer. Maybe they didn't care back then, who knows. [emoji47]
I agree though when I broke down my arms the damn washers fell to the ground.

The clear dishes are on the bulkhead ends of the arms.

Aren't those part of the bushing? My 06 looks the same, but there are no washers or spacers.

the flange on the bushing acts as the washer.

When I took the old ones out the flange was broken off and looked like a washer

The bolt goes thru the A arm, bushings and sleeve inside of spindle.
