Seems to leak into the engine oil. at least that is what I think. because there is ZERO coolant blowing out the reservoir overflow but engine drinks a little coolant.... and oil was brownish instead of clear just like milk chocolate.
So I changed oil.
By the way my head AND block are o-ringed .. so can it be because the head gasket not seating perfectly on oil passages that would cause some kind of leak there?
I will ride sled a little more tommorow and will see if new oil goes chocloate color again....
maybe juste re-torque head bolts???????? engine has about 100 miles since complete rebuild
thank you for suggestions

nobody?
I did a small ride today.... until I hit a hidden rock under snow at top of a hill... and that completely broke my ar-arms and ski....
but I found very minimal if not at all coolant comsumption... hard to tell from a 25 miles trip on the powerlines...

Here is a picture of a successful climb of the same hill!!!
and a few minutes later... I hit that nasty rock... and that gave that horror picture right after the hit:
now... just imagine my view... I were probably climbing at like ... 50 mph, then hit that rock and my right ski that is bouncing everywhere...

Great pictures bad luck! How many rebuilds are you on with this thing? Sorry oonly cause for it to be eating fluid is the head gasket.

Is there a problem riding it like that a couple more times?
I will change oil each ride to insure I ride non-contaminated oil!
Would this be safe?
I would find and fix the AF problem ASAP. I don't think the internal engine is made to run with oil + AF, IMO.
Good Luck!
Good Luck!
